By using La Rochelle Aesthetics & Beauty, including this website, you accept these terms and conditions in full, along with all other rules, policies and procedures that may be published by La Rochelle Aesthetics & Beauty, or given to you during appointments.
If you do not understand, accept, and agree to these terms and conditions you should not use this website and cancel any appointments immediately.
The terms "La Rochelle Aesthetics & Beauty" or "La Rochelle" or "us" or "we" refers to the owner of the website, La Rochelle Essex Ltd. The term "you" or "client" refers to the user or viewer of this website or the person booking any treatments.
1. Agreement:
By booking an appointment or receiving services from La Rochelle Aesthetics & Beauty, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and La Rochelle Aesthetics & Beauty.
2. Services:
La Rochelle Aesthetics & Beauty offers a range of services including injectables, cosmetic treatments, aesthetics, facials, and massages. The specific details and pricing of these services can be found on our website or discussed during your consultation.
3. Age Requirement:
Clients must be at least 18 years old to receive services from La Rochelle Aesthetics & Beauty. Proof of age may be requested.
4. Booking and Payment:
Appointments can be made through our online booking system. A non-refundable pre payment of 50% of the total service cost is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment and can be paid by cash or card.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Failure to do so, or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the 50% pre payment. Cancellations made with 48 hours’ notice may be eligible for rescheduling, subject to availability. No-shows without communication may result in the client becoming ineligible to book future appointments.
6. Refunds and Exchanges:
Refunds are not provided for products and services rendered. In the event of dissatisfaction or concerns, please communicate with us during or immediately after the appointment to address any issue.
7. Pre-treatment Instructions and Aftercare:
Clients are responsible for following any pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided by La Rochelle Aesthetics & Beauty. Aftercare guidelines will be explained and provided after each treatment. Failure to comply with pre-treatment instructions or proper aftercare may impact the results or recovery process.
8. Health and Medical Conditions:
Clients must disclose any existing health or medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or medications that may affect their eligibility for certain treatments. It is the responsibility of the client to provide accurate and complete information. La Rochelle Aesthetics & Beauty reserves the right to refuse or modify services based on this information. Please note that if a client fails to disclose any relevant health or medical conditions or omits any necessary information, La Rochelle Aesthetics & Beauty cannot be held responsible or liable for any adverse reactions or complications that may arise as a result.
9. Results and Guarantees:
Results may vary depending on individual factors and cannot be guaranteed. La Rochelle Aesthetics & Beauty provides professional services with the aim of achieving the best possible results. However, it is important to understand that individual responses to treatments may vary. Factors such as skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to pre and post-treatment care can significantly impact the outcome. While we strive to deliver optimal results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from our treatments. Clients understand and accept that the nature and results of aesthetic and beauty treatments are highly individual and dependent on various factors beyond our control. We will work closely with you to set realistic expectations and provide guidance to maximise the potential benefits of the treatments received.
10. Complaints and Concerns:
If you have any complaints or concerns about our services, please inform us promptly. We will make every effort to address and resolve the issue in a timely and satisfactory manner.
11. Limitation of Liability:
La Rochelle Aesthetics & Beauty shall not be liable for any allergic reactions, undesired outcomes, dissatisfaction, injuries, or damages that may arise during or after the provision of services, except in cases of proven negligence. Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law. 16. Release of Liability:
By undertaking the treatment, clients release and discharge La Rochelle Aesthetics & Beauty and its practitioners from any liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising from or related to any side effects or complications that may occur during or after the treatment, provided that La Rochelle Aesthetics & Beauty has followed industry-standard protocols and guidelines.
17. Slander and Libel:
Any form of slander, libel, or defamatory statements, whether verbal, written, through electronic communication or social media will not be tolerated. Clients shall refrain from making false, damaging, or harmful statements about La Rochelle Aesthetics & Beauty, its practitioners, or any other individuals associated with our business. Any misuse or misrepresentation of information that leads to damage to the reputation, goodwill, or business operations of La Rochelle Aesthetics & Beauty may result in legal action.
