Your skin is thoroughly cleaned, before you receive an intramuscular injection of Vitamin B12 in your upper non-dominant arm.

If any of the following apply to you, unfortunately you are not a suitable candidate for this treatment:
Pregnant or breastfeeding.
Under the age of 18.
Allergy to Cobalamin, Cobalt or Sulfa.
Leber's Hereditary Optic Neuropathy (LHON).
Polycythemia Vera.
Thrombocytosis.
Hypokalemia.
Kidney disease.
Liver disease.
Anticonvulsants.
Megaloblastic anemia

Pre-care instructions:
Avoid alcohol, aspirin and ibuprofen 48 hours prior.
On the day instructions:
Wear loose clothing on your upper body to ensure access to your upper arm.

Please ensure the following aftercare instructions are followed for optimal results and to avoid adverse reactions:
Stay hydrated and drink plenty of water.
Do not touch the injection site for 6 hours after treatment.
Avoid alcohol and caffeine for 24 hours.
Avoid wearing tight clothing on the injection site for 24 hours.
